Biotech Fluidics DEGASi® Plus Nano and DEGASi® Plus ultraNano inline degassers are designed to address the challenge of nanofluidic systems by minimizing the hold-up volume and offering wide chemical compatibility. Both the Nano and Nano-Ultra degassers are based on Systec AF membrane making them suitable for water-based media and most organic liquids. The liquid flow path is metal free making these degassers also fully biocompatible.
With an internal volume of only 25 µl, the DEGASi® Plus Nano is designed for degassing fluid flows up to 100 µl /minute. With a hold-up volume of just 6 uL the DEGASi® Plus ultraNano is optimized for extremely low flow applications up to 25 µl /minute. Both degassers are available with up to 6-channels of operation and are available as standalone or integrated devices.
