An international showcase for industrial painting machines and technologies, PaintExpo (Karlsruhe, Germany, 26-29 April 2022) saw Sacmi-Gaiotto display a range of robotic solutions from the GA 25P series.
A pioneer of industrial automation, Gaiotto was founded as a specialized provider of robotic coating applications. Being part of the Sacmi Group, the company gradually specialized in RobotGlaze solutions for sanitaryware, becoming the global industry’s leading partner in this field.
By taking part in PaintExpo, the aimed to bring the expertise gained on the technology and customer service fronts to the paint application sector. With the exception of the 2020 edition, cancelled because of the pandemic, PaintExpo has been showcasing all the latest since 2016, playing a part in projects and investments with top players in Italian and European industry.
With a multi-industry application range -from automotive to agricultural machinery and a vast array of components- robotized paint application provides clear advantages in terms of process efficiency, quality and repeatability. It also benefits worker health as painting no longer requires direct contact with the article.
One of the key features of the Sacmi-Gaiotto solution is the off-line programming software; this reduces time-to-market when developing new products, allowing all parameters and painting recipes to be set off-line without interrupting routine production.
What’s more, Sacmi-Gaiotto customers can count on excellent service before, during and after the sale. This is because it is part of a major plant engineering group, Sacmi, and can, on request, supply not just the robot but also develop complete, customized plant solutions.
Sacmi-Gaiotto exhibited at Karlsruhe together with local partners in order to establish new contacts in all industries of interest. Customers had he opportunity to learn more about robotic painting and all its advantages by meeting up with the Sacmi team on stand 2130 (Hall 2).
