In Europe, the north-east is overseen by Tecno Diamant Polska, which has been operating in the area since 2010 and in its present Opoczno site since 1 August 2014. The facility, which features over 120 m2 of office space and a newly added industrial shed, provides the backdrop to a profitable sales business that provides a fast and efficient service to the Poland’s leading ceramic manufacturers.
A close constant relationship with the parent company in Formigine (Modena – Italy) ensures the diamond tools required are delivered on a daily basis and direct assistance, so that the subsidiary can meet customer needs, including carrying out machine assembly and commissioning tests or helping them find the right tool for their needs.
Tecno Diamant’s core business has allowed the company to carve out a position for itself as a key player in the Polish market for the supply of grinding wheels and cutting blades, where it is has gained acclaim for the quality of its Italian technology that guarantees high-level performance and competitiveness.
One of the most recent new and exciting products offered by the company is the line of Fickert abrasive tools, the latest generation of diamond tools for enhanced lapping. A vital step, intended to address the growing opinion -within a market in which ceramics are increasingly viewed as key design features- that aesthetics are just as important as engineering. Fickert tools have conquered the market with their flexibility, firstly because they offer the versatility needed to be used on different materials and secondly, because they can be tailored to meet manufacturers’ various needs, calibrating the diamond compound ad hoc, modifying the level of rubber hardness or softness, and customising the arrangement of the blocks.
