interbad will again become the meeting point for the swimming pool, sauna and spa industry from 22 to 24 October 2024. This traditional event is being staged this year for the 30th time and will provide an ideal platform for the entire industry with its combination of a trade fair, a Congress and an attractive accompanying programme. Thanks to the move to the L-Bank Forum (Hall 1), the largest hall at Messe Stuttgart with an area of more than 26,000 square metres, visitors will have the opportunity to obtain an extensive overview of product innovations, designs and technologies from the areas of swimming pools, wellness, saunas and spas under one roof.
interbad, international trade fair for swimming pools, saunas and spas, which is staged jointly by Messe Stuttgart and the German Association for the Recreational and Medicinal Bath Industry (DGfdB), will also again feature every market leader in 2024. A good nine months before the start of the trade fair, over 75 per cent of the exhibition space is already occupied.
«This very high occupancy rate indicates the industry’s great confidence in interbad,» said Claudia Döttinger, Vice President of Messe Stuttgart. «We reacted to the industry’ requests by changing the hall for interbad and adjusting the length of interbad to three days, and are looking forward to welcoming our visitors in Stuttgart from 22 to 24 October 2024!»
Christian Mankel, Managing Director of the German Association for the Recreational and Medicinal Bath Industry (DGfdB), emphasised: «interbad will be the networking event for the industry this year. We are therefore delighted that the anniversary trade fair will be held under one roof in Hall 1. This will give everyone the opportunity to network and hold discussions directly with one another.»
Participation in the «Young Innovators» trade fair programme
The German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) promotes the participation of young innovative companies in selected leading international trade fairs in Germany. interbad is also one of these trade fairs in 2024! There will be a sponsored joint stand at interbad for this purpose. This financial assistance is only available for internationally recognised trade fairs and provides start-ups with an inexpensive opportunity to present their product portfolio or their inventiveness to open-minded visitors who are willing to make purchases.
Legally independent, young innovative companies are eligible for funding if:• they have their head office and principal place of business in Germany,
• they comply with the valid EU definition of a small company (fewer than 50 employees and an annual balance sheet total or an annual turnover not exceeding 10 million Euros)
• and are less than ten years old.
The companies must also have developed new products, processes and services, or made major improvements to existing products, processes and services.
