Metering technology manufacturer Dopag has developed new volumetric spray valves that allow lubricants to be applied over surfaces and in small quantities with high repeat accuracy. They are suitable for all industrial applications where greases need to be sprayed precisely, often in hard-to-reach places.
The valves are available in two versions: based on the needle metering valve with a metering volume of 0.003 – 0.2 ml, or based on the chamber metering valve with a metering volume of 0.05 – 3 ml.
The perfect spray pattern for every part
Compared to conventional spray adapters, the Dopag valves have integrated material throttling. The spray pattern can therefore be individually adjusted and splashes are avoided. Tests show the difference to conventional spray adapters very clearly.
In addition, an almost unlimited selection of nozzle extensions is available to enable accessibility for all shapes and geometries. Depending on the requirements, Dopag also develops special extensions according to customer specifications.
All benefits at a glance:
· Contactless material application with metering accuracy <±1%
· Reliable process even without additional monitoring
· Precise and individually adjustable spray patterns
· Broad portfolio of nozzle extensions for maximum flexibility.
