Premios Coverings Installation & Design (CID)
Estos premios, patrocinados por publicaciones especializadas del sector, reconocen proyectos sobresalientes de diseño e instalación de cerámica y piedra natural. Las candidaturas están abiertas a profesionales como arquitectos, diseñadores, contratistas e instaladores.
Proyectos elegibles: Deben haberse completado entre enero de 2024 y diciembre de 2025.
Categorías: Se premiarán proyectos en 11 categorías, incluyendo diseño e instalación de tipo comercial, residencial, artístico y otras. Las categorías de Diseño e Instalación Artística, estrenadas en 2025, vuelven para destacar aplicaciones únicas como murales y mosaicos.
Proceso de envío: Las inscripciones son gratuitas (hasta tres proyectos por persona) y deben presentarse a través del portal de envíos antes del 1 de diciembre de 2025.
Premios para los ganadores: Los proyectos premiados serán reconocidos en una ceremonia el 31 de marzo de 2026. Además, los ganadores recibirán una noche de hotel en Las Vegas o una tarjeta regalo de valor equivalente, y sus trabajos serán promocionados en los canales de Coverings.
Programa Coverings Rock Star
Este programa, que celebra su duodécimo año, reconoce a los profesionales emergentes menores de 35 años en la industria de la cerámica y la piedra.
Candidatos: Se anima a los líderes de la industria a nominar a jóvenes talentos. La fecha límite para las nominaciones es el 1 de diciembre de 2025. No se permiten las autonominaciones.

Coverings 2026 Announces Location, Dates and Opens Submissions for Annual Awards Programs
Coverings 2026, the premier event for the ceramic tile and natural stone industry in North America, has announced its location and dates: March 30–April 2, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The announcement also marks the official opening of submissions for the annual Coverings Installation & Design (CID) Awards and nominations for the Coverings Rock Star program.
Coverings Installation & Design (CID) Awards
These awards recognize outstanding achievements in the design and installation of ceramic tile and natural stone for residential and commercial projects. Submissions are open to industry professionals such as architects, designers, builders, and contractors.
Eligibility: Projects must have been completed between January 2024 and December 2025.
Categories: Projects will be judged across 11 competitive categories, including commercial, residential, and artistic design and installation. The Artistic Design and Artistic Installation categories, introduced in 2025, are back to highlight unique applications like murals and mosaics.
Submission Process: Submissions are free (up to three projects per person) and must be entered through the online portal by December 1, 2025.
Prizes: Winning projects will be honored at a ceremony on March 31, 2026. Winners will also receive a complimentary one-night stay in Las Vegas or an equivalent gift card, and their work will be featured on Coverings’ website and social media channels.
Coverings Rock Star Program
Now in its 12th year, this program honors emerging professionals under the age of 35 in the tile and stone industry.
Nomination Process: Industry leaders are encouraged to nominate young talent via the online form by December 1, 2025. Self-nominations are not permitted.
Judging Criteria: A panel of experts will evaluate nominees based on career growth, leadership, community contributions, and continuing education.
Prizes: The selected «Rock Stars» will be recognized at an awards ceremony on March 30, 2026. Each winner will also receive a $200 gift card and a free pass to attend the event. Their achievements will be highlighted in an official press release and on Coverings’ digital platforms.
