Emotional intelligence (EQ) shapes how we understand ourselves, respond to challenges, and connect with others. It’s the foundation of personal growth, resilience, and meaningful relationships at work.
In this workshop (encased in the EPTDA Leadership Academy 2026), to be held 11 June 2026, 14.00 – 15.30 CET, you will explore the four core areas of EQ—self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management—through practical, hands-on activities. You’ll experience each area in action, reflect on your own patterns, and discover ways to bring more empathy, balance, and authenticity into your everyday interactions.
By the end of the session, you’ll be able to define each area through your own experience and take away practical tools to help you sharpen your EQ in your workplace communications and relationships.
