La sede de ICEX en Madrid acogió la presentación oficial de la programación otoñal que consolidará a València como polo internacional del diseño y la innovación. Esta alianza estratégica, respaldada por diversas instituciones públicas, busca proyectar exteriormente el diseño español y continuar el legado de la ciudad como capital del diseño mediterráneo.
Entre el 11 de septiembre y el 15 de octubre se celebrará el València Design Fest, un festival que conectará industria y cultura mediante exposiciones, talleres y conferencias sostenibles. El evento contará con Polonia como país invitado, incluirá la agenda de artesanía contemporánea «Tiempo + Materia» y cerrará con el encuentro «Future of Fashion».
Por su parte, del 28 de septiembre al 1 de octubre, Feria Valencia albergará de forma simultánea las ferias Hábitat València, Textilhogar, Espacio Cocina SICI, 360 by Cevisama y el salón de talentos emergentes Nude. Esta gran convocatoria europea reunirá firmas de prestigio internacional que mostrarán tendencias contemporáneas en mobiliario, iluminación orgánica y la reinvención de materiales de construcción enfocados en la sostenibilidad.
València presents its great design month in Madrid with a strategic alliance between Feria Valencia, ICEX and the Fundació del Disseny
The ICEX headquarters in Madrid hosted the official presentation of the autumn program that will consolidate València as an international hub for design and innovation. This strategic alliance, supported by various public institutions, aims to project Spanish design abroad and continue the city’s legacy as a capital of Mediterranean design.
The València Design Fest will take place between September 11 and October 15, connecting industry and culture through sustainable exhibitions, workshops, and conferences. The event will feature Poland as the guest country, include the contemporary craftsmanship agenda «Tiempo + Materia,» and conclude with the «Future of Fashion» international gathering.
Furthermore, from September 28 to October 1, Feria Valencia will simultaneously host Feria Hábitat València, Textilhogar, Espacio Cocina SICI, 360 by Cevisama, and the Nude salon for emerging talent. This major European gathering will bring together internationally renowned firms to showcase contemporary trends in organic furniture and lighting, alongside the reinvention of building materials focused on sustainability.
