Diatex, a company of Gruppo B&T, and Dellas have reached an agreement on a synergistic integration project that will strengthen two long-standing brands in the world of diamond and abrasive tools for ceramics, natural stone and related materials. The closing of the transaction is expected by the end of the year.
The strategic project stems from the complementary strengths of the two companies in terms of product range, technological expertise, application process knowledge, and commercial presence. The project will enable Diatex and Dellas to further enhance their international market positioning while leveraging their respective areas of specialization.
