On 19 October 2026, Laminam opened its new HQ Design District in Fiorano Modenese, a space designed by architect Stefano Belingardi that brings together design, technology and ceramics. On the occasion of the conference “Tracce di Futuro” (“Traces of the Future”), moderated by journalist Monica Maggioni, the company headquarters opened its doors to customers, representatives of public institutions and the national press. Speakers on the panel included Alberto Selmi (CEO of Laminam), Stefano Belingardi, Michele De Pascale (President of the Emilia-Romagna region) and Marco Bizzarri, who discussed the future of industry, the region and design culture.

The centre covers 1,620 m² with eleven exhibition areas, a garden and the lounge restaurant “Il Cardoso”, and is located right next to the factory. The tour showcases the full range of large-format slabs, the ultra-thin twO by Laminam panels, the new RARE collection, the 1620×3240 mm format, a complete apartment designed entirely by Laminam, as well as technical solutions and the “Materioteca” material library. A digital network of touchscreens, tablets, LED walls and an app provides visitors with real-time information. Laminam, founded in the early 2000s, sells its surfaces in more than 100 countries.
